The following are ScooterJoe's Return Policy Agreement:

1. The vehicle under request for return must be in the original packaging and in new, unaltered and in the condition it was when it arrived. i.e.
2. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Any vehicles returned without an RMA number will not be accepted as we have wholesale shipping rates and will not pay for shipping for you. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment to ensure proper refund. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
3. Vehicle must be returned in it's original packaging within 20 calendar days from original order in new re-sellable condition. Any shipping delays on part of ScooterJoe will be considered and deducted.  
4. This return policy does not apply to vehicles that have had alterations, abuse, negligence, accidents or have not received proper maintenance. Sales in the state of NE have different rules due to the No Cooling Off Period Law. Please research the NCO law for more information.
5. All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount.
6. Due to health and personal hygiene concerns, all clothing and helmets are non refundable.
7. NO RESTOCKING FEE if you are not completely satisfied with your vehicle in any way! The only fee associated is noted below for return shipping of the unit back to us. We will gladly arrange the least expensive shipping return for you.
8. Customer returning the merchandise is responsible for the cost to return the merchandise. Since the customer is initiating the return for their own reasons they must cover the cost to ship it back. ScooterJoe will however arrange the shipment for the customer at rates over 1/2 the cost of regular rates. We will allow you to compare rates to find the least expensive safe method. This is a $293.00 non refundable, non-waiverable fee to cover the cost of return shipping of the product. In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices we offer, our shipping expenses are not refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.

10. To initiate a return please fill out and complete the RMA form below. (the terms of service agreement must be on file to qualify)
11. Pictures of product prior to your return must be sent to support@scooterJoe.com

Additional Instructions for Engine Returns

1. Owner must supply adequate documentation of general engine best practices and maintenance including oil changes, fuel filter changes, air filter changes, and spark plug replacements.
2. Owner must supply documentation from a certified mechanic with a valid engine diagnostic showing a faulty engine.

Note: All vehicles with free shipping means the shipping cost was included in the price of the vehicle at time of purchase. The originating shipment freight cost will be deducted from your refund.
